In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to SIA Crossings. "You" and "Buyer" refer to the user or customer.
2. What We Sell
NuminousFields offers digital audio downloads – subtle body entrainment recordings (including binaural, isochronic, and resonance-based soundscapes) intended to support relaxation, meditation, and personal spiritual practice.
These are digital files delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
3. Not Medical Advice
Our audio products are intended to support general wellbeing, relaxation, and personal practice. They are not medical devices, treatments, or therapies, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or psychological condition.
Nothing on this Website constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for professional care. If you have a health condition or any concerns about your wellbeing, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use our audio while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full alertness.
You use our products at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for how you choose to use them.
4. Eligibility
By using this Website and purchasing from it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Our products are not directed at minors.
We are not responsible if a purchase is made by, or on behalf of, a person who lacks the legal capacity to understand or agree to these Terms; responsibility in such cases rests with the person legally responsible for them.
5. Orders, Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed on the Website in euros (EUR) and/or US dollars (USD) and are final at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, or a technical pricing error; in such cases any amount already paid is refunded.
6. Delivery of Digital Products
After your payment is confirmed, your purchase is made available for download via a secure download link. It is your responsibility to download and save your files to your own device.
We recommend downloading promptly and keeping your own backup copies. We do not provide long-term storage of purchased files and are not responsible for files lost after a successful download, or for failed downloads caused by issues outside our control (for example, an incorrect email address provided by you, or your own device or connection).
7. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and accessing a digital download, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
The only exception: if a genuine technical payment error occurs – for example, you are accidentally charged more than once for the same item in the same order – we will refund the duplicated amount. 8. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All content on this Website – including audio files, text, logos, graphics, and design – is owned by SIA Crossings or its licensors and is protected by copyright and related laws.
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use it for your own private listening. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, broadcast, publicly perform, sublicense, or otherwise make our products available to others, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
- copy, scrape, or extract content or data by automated means;
- use the Website or products in any way that infringes our rights or those of others.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or refuse service, where these Terms are breached.
10. Availability & Changes
We may add, modify, or discontinue any product or part of the Website at any time. We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our products and the Website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- subjective expectations regarding the effect, quality, or experience of our audio products;
- any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website or products;
- issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory Latvian or EU consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle your personal data and use cookies.

14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We aim to resolve any issue directly and amicably – please contact us first at info@numinousfields.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, PTAC), or pursue the matter through the competent courts of Latvia.
